for properties under purchase consideration, feasibility studies,
refinancing purposes, investment analysis and assessment appeals. Our appraisal reports are prepared in conformity with the Code of Ethics and the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. We currently service the following regions: London, St. Thomas, Port Stanley, Woodstock, Ingersoll, Stratford, Mitchell, Seaforth, Goderich, St Marys, Exeter, Bayfield, Grand Bend, Port Franks, Strathroy, Glencoe. As well as Middlesex, Huron, Perth, Oxford and Elgin counties. Our customers have access to our on-line appraisal service. This service allows for an electronic appraisal request and status tracking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
